Chip 'n Dale

OKay. Something just jogged a memory about the total fun my Eichert and Bryant nephews/niece got out of watching Chip 'n Dale videos; and during Thanksgiving and Mother's Day visits the Manning kids joined in the fun. Their favorite? Guessing by the number of times (especially the boys) I'd hear the soundtrack part of "woo-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh" being replayed over and over and over again as Donald Duck is being flung through his house and yard by a rubber cement pancake, my vote would be THREE FOR BREAKFAST. If you don't have the video or dvd yourself, and I'm guessing you probably don't, watch it here (the rewind/play/rewind/play/rewind/play part starts about the 6 minute mark for those of you who feel a need to re-live that sequence over and over and over again!). Good, clean, fun.

Enjoy.
Perhaps I could use these guys as proof that really good things never grow old... this cartoon is older than me! Honest, it really is!! Really. Okay, you can stop laughing now. Aw, come on...I mean it...stop laughing.

  2. So much fun! I sat here with the boys and we watched a few more, they laughed and laughed, so did I. Classic! Thanks for the flashback! I need those on DVD.

  3. I can hear Skyler's giggle as I watch that. And feel those blankets that would snap together places for your arms. And sitting in your rocker recliner. And Paul doing the "yeah, who, who, who, weeee!" scream. Good times. I think I smiled through the whole thing. I'm going to show it to my kids too!
