Not So Extreme Couponing - single person style

Actually it was more like The Perfect Storm, what with newspaper and online coupons timed when Smith's was having one of their Mega10 sales.  I figure when you can get selected varieties of name-brand Campbell's soup for 29-cents a can and 6-serving jello for 33-cents a box you've done pretty good.  Other items not such a screaming deal but decent nonetheless.  Campbell's Healthy Request soups are my preference but at regular price I don't buy.

Looks like casseroles will be showing up on the menu more often!

Campbell's Cream of Chicken/Mushroom: 49-cents each (mega 10 item)

coupons for 20-cents off each can = 29-cents per can

Milk.  $2.29
coupon for 75-cents = $1.54

Jell-o pudding, 6 serving size: 75-cents each (mega 10 item)
coupons for $1.25 off 3 = 33-cents per box

Hormel chili: 91-cents per can (mega 10 item)
coupons for 75-cents off 2 = 53-cents per can

Healthy Request soups: $1.00 per can on sale
coupons for 20-cents off per can = 80-cents per can

I think when calculated, the savings for all of this was about 68%
